I started Train with Emma Jane two years ago to be the support and guide I wish I had when I embarked on my wellness journey in 2015 after hitting rock bottom. I hated how I felt, I hated how I looked, I hated my job and overall I was burnt out and uninspired.

Fitness became a tool to reconfigure my life, realign my energies and develop the courage to make life changing decisions. It is the most underrated tool for success. I’m here to teach you how to take advantage so that you can look, feel and do your best!
