Train With Emma Jane offers personalized training programs tailored to your specific needs, including strength training, flexibility exercises, and endurance building.
There is no “one size fits all” approach to fitness and I make sure to take the time to understand you, hear you out and offer you a level of support many other coaches could not be bothered to put effort into. This is more than “show up to this workout, eat this food”, it’s “this is what makes her feel understood and empowered so that she can exude confidence and make life changing decisions for her benefit.”

On our free 30 minute call we will discuss how I can help you, we will elaborate on your goals, I will make an action plan and decide what coaching methods would be most suitable to you. We will ensure the plan suits your schedule, budget and keeps you engaged and challenged.
Online Coaching is done entirely online through my Trainerize app. You will create a profile, I will add your scheduled workouts, nutrition plan and healthy habits to track. You can upload progress pictures, biometrics and all of your logged meals and workouts will be saved to see your progress over time. You can connect your fitness device and My Fitness Pal account to give me even more insight to how you’re doing day to day. Every Sunday you’ll receive a reminder to complete your weekly check in which goes over mental, physical and emotional wellbeing. This is great for people with some experience exercising but need a regimented plan and more education on how to make it a full routine.
Hybrid Coaching is a combination of online and in-person sessions. This is great for people with a smaller personal training budget and need flexibility with scheduling. For example many clients do two in person sessions a week and two online sessions a week. With me they practice new techniques and different styles of training to sharpen their skills and for their solo workouts they’re crushing it with exercises they can perform safely independently and feel challenged.
In Person Training is just that - training with me in your home or the gym! This is great for beginners who are just starting their fitness journey or anyone who needs that social element and “time and place” to feel motivated and stay accountable. Working out is more fun with a friend, right?!
Depending on the level of service you are looking for online training starts at $150/month, hybrid starts at $250/month and in person starts at $450/month.
Progress and timeline comes down to how much effort you're willing to put in with my guidance and instruction. Clients who follow their workout plan and stay consistent in balanced nutrition lose 8-12lbs in the first 90 days, including increasing muscle mass and developing and maintaining healthy habits.
