Emma Jane's training sessions have been exactly what I needed to improve my health. I wanted to get back into the gym and be healthy again after I had lost my drive for it during the pandemic and couldn't find the inspiration to start on my own. I decided to take the leap with Emma Jane and began with a few personal training sessions each week to see if it would help. In less than a month, I began to feel better. 

Emma's approach to training is all about education and positivity mixed with the perfect amount of encouragement to get through a difficult workout. Knowing I had an emotionally supportive trainer alongside me to keep going, it was around the 6-week mark when I started to see defining physical changes in my body and noticed how much energy I had gained, too! 

Since the start of our sessions 4 months ago, I have increased my weights, learned a TON of new exercises with machines in the gym and equipment in the studio that I had no idea how to use before, improved my balance, lowered my stress levels and body pain, and most importantly, am feeling so much happier! On weekends, Natasha enjoys visiting her boyfriend, spending time with friends, and participating in various social activities like dining out, attending concerts, and more. This approach allowed her to indulge in life's pleasures without guilt, maintaining her progress and enjoying her journey to a fitter, more confident self.
